Comments: My daughter and son-in-law were in an accident and injured. They asked permission to park at Donna's Truck stop until my grandson could tow the truck. Permission granted as long as it wasn't overnight. ONE HOUR later they came for the vehicle and Donna's had called a tow truck! Not honorable, honest or an ounce of sympathy. Luckily the kids were able to get it before it was hooked! Trauma of hit and run accident, injuries, polite enquiry and you'd saddle them with towing costs, too? Not nice people.

Title: You park there for the convenience,
Comments: Take a walk to get some exercise, then when you get back to your truck and you're out of hours (Driving Time AND Hours of Service) there's a note on your window saying, "Please come in to pay for parking." This place is run down and past due for maintenance and upgrades. My complaint is that you don't find out they want you to pay until it's already too late too leave! If Donna wants people to pay to park, she should put a sign up at the entrances to her driveways!

Title: O/O
Comments: I have always enjoyed stopping at donna's for the food. I have 5 trucks that stop in aswell for fuel, food, supplies etc. until tonight i always thought it was a good place to stop. But then i see s note on my window saying " please come in and pay for parking" is this some kinda joke or is the owner that hard up for money??? Just tonight ive bought groceries, dinner and a dvd to watch while i stay here, total was about $30 in all and now i have to pay another $10 just to park here?? So much for good old quality service, donna's is no different then a big truck stop as far as im concerned, i know its only $10 but after shopping here and having dinner its just rediculous!! Ive already told my drivers to not stop here any longer and also sending a mssg to my lease company to warn other drivers of this, donna's has lost my buisness, as though its not tuff enough out here tryin to make a living now we have to deal with sorry, greedy merchants to!!! Hope ur $10 parking fee keeps the lights on for ya donna's!!! I urge all drivers to take a stand against more hands in our pockets!!! Its our money that we're bustin our butts for why do we have to give it to rediculous money hungry people?? Pathetic!!

Title: Driver
Comments: Unfortunately my experience at this so called old fashioned truck stop isn't any different then the other two. The only thing about this place is it hasn't changed in 20 years. Prices are over 100% marked over priced, bathrooms are poorly maintained employees attitudes are poor and rude. And now you have to pay to park. Guaranteed this will be the last time I ever stop.

Title: Absolutely rude & disgusting
Comments: Their restrooms are dirty, the employees are absolutely rude and the hot food they had out was old and nasty. I would not recommend this stop to anyone. If possible go elsewhere.

Title: Absolutly rude.
Comments: I had the worst experience my first time ever being there and will never go there again.

My friend was trying to go to the rest room while waiting for a ride and the cashier started to bang on the door and be absolutely rude for no reason. I'm disgusted with the marysville donna's truck stop.
